During October we started our Battletech campaign, based on the Hinterlands campaign book recently released by Catalyst Games Lab. The campaign began at Scale 1, meaning that starting player forces have a 3,000 BV limit to choose two Mechs, and well as two free pilot upgrades. Our campaign organiser created a number of contracts that everyone could select, pair off, and play through, with each player “negotiating” their side of the contract through limited adjustments of some of the contract details like payrate, salvage rights, and employer support assets.

As well as the Battletech campaign, there was plenty of other games played during the month. At the low model count end there were games of Trench Crusade, Halo Flashpoint, Malifaux, Zeo Genesis, and even a game or two of Blood Bowl.

Some of the higher model count games included OPR Grimdark Future, Star Wars: Legion, and Konflikt ’47.

And although I’m reluctant to post this next photo, it would be remiss of me not to mention the odd game of Void Admirals.
